ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Company is engaged in the business of BOT Operator and is operating the BOT toll Road of PWD Rajasthan Government, “Ramgarh Alwar Road” this project was also in SUO MOTO proposal submitted by the Company and finally awarded to the Company. The Company has successfully completed BOT Project of Project Cost Rs. 2527 lakh within 9 months as against the scheduled construction period of 12 months and toll plaza has been implemented much ahead.  The project is financed by  Bank Of India (Term Loan Rs. 15 crore)  and repayment of Term Loan to your Bank @ Rs. 16 lakh per month and interest  as against the repayment schedule of Rs. 13 lakh per month.  A Term Loan Rs. 1500.00 and Bank Guarantee Limit Rs. 541.38 lac sanctioned to our Company by Bank Of India, NDCB Branch, New Delhi.  In this regard we are pleased to inform that we have made more than Rs. 700 Lacs as repayment of term loan so far and Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs. 450 lac has also been surrendered to Bank Of India. Now the said account has been transferred to the Bank Of India, New Delhi Large Corporate Branch, New Delhi. The rating of the company is done by the CRISIL i.e.BBB –Stable.

THE PROJECT:

A Mega Highway BOT Projects namely “ Widening, Strengthening & Improvement of Sirohi- Mandar Road up-to State border Gujarat (SH-27) total Length 71.400 Km.) with the projects cost of Rs. 13,400 Lacs  from PWD Government of Rajasthan. This is the very important State High Way (SH-27) part of this road connecting SIROHI-MANDAR-DESSA upto State Border Gujarat.  It is the only link between Kandla Port and Gujrat to entire Northern India.  This high way is also linked and have connectivity with NH-14, NH-8, NH-11 and NH-12.  This BOT project has been prepared based on manual of Standards and Specifications  for two laning of State High ways on BOT basis. 

Further it is to mention that starting date of construction of our project was 20/10/2008 and the project scheduled to be completed in 2 years that is on or before 19/10/10. Where as one part of the project having length of 50 K.M. out of Total Length of project 71.400 K.M. was completed on 01/04/2010 and toll collection for this stretch was started w.e.f May 2010 that is Six months ahead of completion date i.e. October 2010 and remaining part of the project was completed by 16/08/2010 that also a head of the scheduled completion time of OCT 2010. Hence the project was never delayed as presumed by you in your assessment.
                                                                                               
PRL PROJECTS & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD:
During the Financial year 2007-08 the Company diversified in the filed of BOT operator and have entered into a Concessionaire Agreement with PWD, Government of Rajasthan for a BOT project named “Bikaner Byepass” with a project cost of Rs. 1201.79 lakhs for a concession period of 5 year and 5 months.  The project has completed much ahead, i.e., within 4 months as against the scheduled time of 9 months and toll is operating successfully. 

ABOUT SUO MOTO PROJECT:

As per the state government policy about SUO MOTO BOT projects these proposals are appraised by the Chief Engineer ( Roads ) and other technical competent personals of PWD Rajasthan Government and on finding the SUO MOTO submissions viable as per their parameters the tenders are floated by the state government for these projects. Besides SUO MOTO proposal submitting party other parties are also eligible to participate in the tender. However as per the sate SUO MOTO proposal policy the first preference is given to the SUO MOTO proposal submitting party tender quotation of some other participating party is found to be lower than the first party. Hence considering the state policy the above stated projects shall be awarded to us.
