During the Financial Year 2006-07 the company diversified in the field of BOT Operator and have entered into a Concessionaire agreement with Chief Engineer, PWD, Government of Rajasthan for a BOT Projects namely “Widening & Strengthening of Delhi-Ramgarh-Alwar Road upto Haryana Border (SH-32) with a Projects Cost 2527.60 Lacs for a Concession period of 10 Year 09 months.

In the Financial Year 2007-08 the Company has awarded second BOT project from PWD, Government of Rajasthan namely “Construction of Bikaner Bye pass” with a project cost of 1201.79 lakhs for a concession period of 5 years and 5 months.

Further In the financial year 2008-09 the company has awarded a Mega Highway BOT Projects namely “Widening, Strengthening & Improvement of Sirohi- Mandar Road up-to State border Gujarat (SH-27) (Total Length 71.400 Km.) with a projects cost of 13,400 Lacs from PWD Government of Rajasthan for a concession period of 13 Year 10 Months. The company has been completed the project in 18 months & 6 months before our Toll has Started.

For financial arrangement of this project the Company has approached to ICICI bank, New Delhi. The bank has financed following credit facilities:
1. Fund Based : 89 Crores (Term Loan)
2. Non Fund Base : 07 Crores (BG Limits)
3 OD Limit : 02 Crores
